Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) has a commitment to continuous improvement through ongoing professional learning opportunities for educators, regular critical reflection and the implementation of a professional review program. EEYS acknowledges the family as the first and foremost influence and educator in the child’s life. Inherent in the programs we deliver therefore, is the recognition that families as well as children are valued members of our Kindergartens, as it is through shared understanding, that high quality and appropriate early childhood programs are created and learning outcomes achieved for children. We believe that children are competent, resourceful and capable participants in their world and therefore will be respected and contributing members of the Kindergarten environment.
